I also worked with rooter technician Joshua Valdez who removed all the existing clogs in my drainage pipes. He did an excellent job while being respectful of my home.

I called yesterday to see about having someone come out and check the drains on a basement sink and toilet. We are remodeling and our contractor suggested that it would be a good idea. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they could come out today between 9 and 11. Austin arrived about 10:15. What a pleasant young man. He was very careful not to knock the walls of the small bathroom with his equipment and was quickly done. Late on a Sunday night, our kitchen sink drain backed up to a very slow trickle. Our dual-basin kitchen sink was filling up through the drains and took 25 minutes to slowly drain down. This put the sink, dishwasher and clothes washer out of service since they all drain through the same line. (Wife wasn't happy... 🙁 )

I called ProDrain at 8:00 AM on Monday and they immediately got me an service window for 10:00AM to 12:00PM. At about 10:05AM, their tech (Joseph) arrived at the front door, pulling his portable power drain snake machine.
He came in, opened up the cleanout port under the sink drain and went to work with the snake. He quickly found the blockage about 3 feet downstream from the sink drain. He pushed through the blockage and then continued to run the snake down the line for an additional 30 feet to make sure the line was totally clear, all the way out to house's main lateral line to the street sewer.

He pulled back the snake, then closed up the cleanout port. He then filled up one of the sink basins with water. When he pulled the plug, the water gushed down the drain like never before. The whole basin emptied in just a few seconds. We've owned this house for 16 years and I've never seen the kitchen drain work this freely before.
We're very grateful to ProDrain for their quick scheduling and fast, competent service. Joseph was very pleasant to work with and certainly knew what he was doing! Also, the price was extremely reasonable for the service provided.
If we have any future drain issues, ProDrain will be at the top of our list to call!
