I called yesterday and was pleased to be able to get an appointment for today. We needed to have the drains for a sink and toiled checked in a basement bathroom we are remodeling. Austin, a very pleasant young man, showed up at the appointed time and was careful not to knock the walls in the small bathroom with his equipment. He was quick and efficient and we know we will call Pro Drain the next time we need plumbing services.

Thomas was absolutely the best, got right down to diagnose the problem and quickly fixed it in one hour. He was friendly, pleasant and thoroughly competent and professional. These guys are the best!

From the moment I called, pure professionalism. I sopke with Cody, He gave me the rates which were very reasonable. I did request hydro-jetting a drain as it was a stubborn outdoor clog leaving water pooling around my foundation and something that was needed with a past drain. I was given an appointment for the following day with a 2 hr window. Austen Paul, the technician arrived right on time. He was very pleasant and professional. Went very conservative with a snake before the hydro-jet and voila- unclogged the area. Cleaned up the area and left. What I allocated for this job left me with some major money left in my pocket.
