Andrea returned my call quickly, quoted me (fair price) and scheduled me the same day she returned the call. Later that day they sent Jordan to come out. He was friendly, personable and definitely a pro. He found an extra issue I was unaware of and fixed it real quick. Everything was done within the hour AND Jordan called his dad to ask him about paint removal for a totally unrelated project I had! Love a family business. Although I hope I don’t have to I will definitely hire these folks again 😉

I had use Prodrain for several of my properties. Today, Kyle came out to help me on a suspected blocked drain that was overflowing when the washer is running. He was on time, professional and efficient. He quickly took care of the problem, and tested the drainage to make sure the problem has been resolved. I also requested him to help with a blocked storm drain, and he quickly pointed out its just dirt and grass blocking the mouth of the drain and can be easily cleaned up by hand, he did not charge me for that. He also go beyond and above to double check the storm drain is working fine. I would definitely use Prodrain again for my properties. Thumbs Up!

We had an urgent problem affecting the plumbing in my whole house, preventing use of all facilities. Called on a Saturday, and Rick was here within an hour of my message. The issue was fixed in less than two hours and I paid a fair price. Great service!

Had a clogged tub drain and called after hours. Got a plumber (Jordan) within an hour who fixed our clog in about 10 minutes. It was $160 plus $80 for being an emergency service, which seemed pretty fair. Kind, courteous, and efficient. Can't ask for more.

I was happy with my overall experience with Pro Drain. Locally owned and they have an owner that truly cares about their customers. That goes a long ways in my book.

We live in Southwest Portland. We had a main sewer line back up, making virtually all of our plumbing unusable. I called at 7:00 PM. If they didn't come tonight, we would have had to move to a hotel. Kyle said that he would be here at 8:00 PM and arrived exactly on time. It wasn't immediately apparent where the problem was so he sleuthed it out and figured out we actually had two blockages. He cleared both and explained what I might do to prevent the problem going forward. The price was less than I was expecting it to be.

I got ProDrain's name and number from a friend who owns a plumbing company. He says that if anyone has a drain problem, ProDrain is the only one he recommends. I agree.

We tried to unclog our kitchen drain this morning, unsucessfully. Our hardware store recommended Prodrain. Rick arrived to our house on a Saturday within an hour of my initial call. He cleared the drain and had cleaned up in about a half hour. He did a great job!!!

My underground drain for gutters was clogged. ProDrain sent Nick out the very next day and Nick solved our problem. Nick was courteous, professional and efficient. I would have given ProDrain maximum 5-star rating, but Nick forgot to reconnect gutter downspout to drain pipe near SE corner of house and he left hose stretched out across front yard and walkway to front door. Still, I highly recommend ProDrain and I'll call them again the next time I need their service.

Bath/shower drain was clogged. He arrived within the expected, projected timeframe. He tried a few ideas & at least 2 methods, but the clog remained. He was concerned about damaging the pipe, cracking or breaking the pipe. He recommended a different type of plumber with more extensive experience. He was polite and professional! I needed to call another business.

Amazing service giving to us by Eric Hurt. Multiple bathrooms in our rental house had been causing issues. Our property management hired this company to come and solve our issues. After all was fixed, an alarm was going off from our pump. I messaged Eric and was so responsive and kind and came right away to fix our issues. We had another company come to our house (they refused to quote over the phone), and said all of our waste pipes needed to be ripped out and replaced with ABS (12 points). They said it would be $35,000 and that did not include repairing the floors and walls. I call Pro Drain & Rooter and they gave me a quote over the phone of how much it would cost per drain to come snake and see if they could get it to stop overflowing in the basement. Kyle came exactly when scheduled, and assessed the situation - he started with the drain he thought was the problem and said if that didn’t fix it, then he could move on to the next one - instead of charging me to each drain I told him needed to be done. (The back up was in our basement, and I thought he would have to go through all of those drains backing up and work his way up through all the other drains). He was honest, and fixed the problem on the first drain! He was so efficient, and honest…I had him also do another problematic bathroom sink drain that I had tried to get fixed a few years ago and had been draining slow since, (which they charged me $250 just for that drain, and did not fix the problem). Kyle had to replace the p trap under the bathroom sink, and I was nervous that it would cost a lot of money (as I didn’t have a choice but to replace it, as it had a hole in it). And he only charged me $8.00 for the part! He fixed all of my drain and flooding issues for only $265! - the other company wanted to charge me over 1000% more! Pro Drain & Rooter is the MOST honest, reliable, and efficient plumber I have ever worked with. We will be using them for ALL of our future plumbing needs!
